Note that as an Artist, my artstyle can change due to my own improvisation as time goes by & I can only draw in my artstyle so please keep this in mind before commissioning me.

Your Commission request is only confirmed when I accept your request. (You will be notified about it)

I have the right to decline any commission request.

Kindly provide references or be very clear about your commissioned order. You can also trace over my sketch piece if that's how you want to explain. This helps me to deliver a piece that you envisioned. Otherwise it would be counted as a Skeb type commission. (Additional fees included depends on the type of service)

A visual representation of the character as well as of the BG is required while filling the form. This can include mood boards, images from pinterest or your doodles (anything that could help me).

My Working Days are from Monday to Friday. Saturday & Sunday are my Break Days. I will only work on Saturday if the work is urgent.

All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless stated before.

For COMMERCIAL USE RIGHTS, additional fees will apply. (Details below)

Communication, WIPs & Final Piece Delivery through VGen or Discord

If you have any doubts regarding anything at all & need to do any changes, we will discuss & clarify it out.

Delivered within 1-2 weeks after I receive the 50%-50% payment or full payment. (This can get over 3-4 weeks if there are urgent requests before your order). For Animation requests, the Delivery time will increase according to its complexity. ^{(I usually complete an Illustration within 3-4 days if I don't have a long workqueue)}

If you have a Hard Deadline, please provide the date on the request form! This would be considered as an Urgent request.

Rush fee upto 10% (fee may vary) should be paid before I start with your work so that you will move up in my WorkQueue

I will work on commissions randomly. Due to variation of difficulty and time necessary for different requests, slots may not be completed in chronological order.

You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

When you start with the request, I will be in constant touch with you through VGen or Discord.

I only do 1 rough sketch which acts as a base for my actual artwork. (Please don't judge my sketch works cos it always tends to be messy sometimes decent)

I will first share the rough sketch of your request for confirmation. If it needs to be revised, I can change it until you feel it's perfect for you. (can also trace over my work)

Once the rough sketch is approved, I will start coloring your request which you will get notified about it through Vgen or Discord in WIP pics.

Changes after I start with the color layer will come at an extra cost. (Depends on how much it needs to be changed)

Minor Changes (Change of BG color, extra elements, etc) can be done without any extra cost.

Since my illustration animation style is with lines, my animation process starts with a storyboard then comes the rough animation, clean up & final animation.

I will first share the storyboard of your request for confirmation. If it needs to be revised, I can change it until you feel it's perfect for you. (can also trace over my work)

Once the rough animation process is approved, I will start with clean up phase where smooth animation is done and then start coloring your animation request which you will get notified about it through Vgen in WIP pics.

Changes after I start with the clean up phase will come at an extra cost. (Depends on how much it needs to be changed)

Minor Changes (Change of BG color, extra elements, etc) can be done without any extra cost.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

Commercial fee: at least 100% of the total price, may vary according to the complexity & I reserve the right to increase your commercial fee if I deem fit. BUT commercial usage fees are only for Businesses or if it's multiple people behind for commission.

The following cases are considered commercial use (Please read carefully):

I retain all the rights to my artwork.

Commissioned artwork or animation is for Personal use only. It cannot be used for NFT projects, cryptocurrency, sold or to be fed to AI.

If it's for commercial use, details for the same will be required to fill in the form. This will help decide the fee for commercial use.

Watermark will not be removed for Personal use commissions but is negotiable to be removed for Commercial use commissions (Additional fee applied) although I, as an Artist, should be given credits for my work whether it's for personal or commercial use.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts. If you prefer otherwise, just let me know on the request form.

I only accept payments through VGen/ Kofi/ Paypal in USD, CAD or EUR or whichever currency (needs to be mentioned though~ (HIGHLY PREFER PAYPAL OR KOFI)

I do accept Nitro or Robux payments as well but I highly prefer Currency although details regarding the same can be talked on DMs.

ROBUX OR NITRO COMMS CAN ONLY BE USED FOR PERSONAL USE!

PAYMENT SHOULD BE DONE BEFORE I START WITH THE ARTWORK. (This is bcos I personally had a very bad experience & I don't want that to happen again)

I accept either FULL UPFRONT PAYMENT or 50% UPFRONT (if I accept your request & should be paid before I start with the work), 50% ONCE COMPLETED (the remaining 50% payment should be paid before I deliver the final piece. Final piece would be shown as a Screenshot or Screen Recording). But 50-50 only if the budget goes over $50 or if you have money issues.

If your payment method is PAYPAL OR KOFI & you are going to choose 50-50% payment then I will charge additional fee upto $5 to cover the fee charges I get through paypal and my bank.

If your payment method is VGEN & you are going to choose 50-50% payment then I will charge additional fee upto $10 to cover the fee charges I get through vgen, paypal and my bank.

NO Additional fee for the people who choose 100% payment method!

NO Additional fee for the people whose comm price goes above $100 even if they choose the 50-50% payment plan!

Once I accept your commission request, an Invoice regarding all the details of your request and total price would be discussed.

You must be able to pay via Invoices sent to you. (Invoices from VGen or Paypal)

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch unless discussed and agreed otherwise by my own confirmation.

You may be refunded 80% of the initial payment if I'm on the sketching phase. Past the sketching phase, there will be NO REFUNDS.

I can only refund around 80% if there are errors in fees, taxes and/or transfer fees.

NO REFUNDS FOR ADOPTS OR CUSTOMS

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

If for any reason your PayPal account malfunctions or authorizes a refund request without your knowledge, you must contact me as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

Will get Discount upto 5% if you are requesting for more than one commission requests through one single request form. (You can specify the details of all your commissions on the request form)

There is another way to get discount upto 5-10% or maybe upto 20% discount & i.e if you are recommending me to your friends for comms, and your friend is sure to buy from me, then BOTH YOU AND YOUR FRIEND will get a Discount for that particular comm!!!

Also if Birthday art, you will get discount upto 20% IF THE COMM AMOUNT IS HUGE!

Small priced comms will not have discounts that is if the comm comes below $40 price as a total, then discount won't get added~

Before I accept your Proposal, I will be messaging you personally to let you know how much I'm going to charge for it entirely & after you confirm the price, I will be sending the proposal through Invoice.

If the client doesn't have more than 1 review about them on their Vgen Acc or if I felt like you are a scammer then I will ask for proof for whether you have commed people through other sites using paypal/kofi or any other comming sites~

By Commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
